Moscow to hold Father Frost charity run
This is the third race, organized by the Fun Runs project jointly with the “Vera” Charity Fund. To become a participant, you must be over 14 years old, choose a distance of 4.9 and 9.3 km, register till 20 December on the official project page, pay the entry fee of 1,500 rubles and get a starter pack with a jacket, trousers and a cap of Father Frost, a timing chip and the starting number.
Tickets for "lazy" participants of the race are not provided this time, but as in the previous races people who want to support the “Vera” Charity Hospice Fund but cannot or do not want to run the race can simply make a donation to the fund, says the Social Information Agency.
All finishers will get commemorative tokens, and those who will finish in the top three in the category of short and long distances for men and women will receive additional diplomas.
In 2015, running Fathers Frost helped the “Vera” Charity Hospice Fund raise more than 1.8 million rubles.
