Bandore chapel sings Christmas carols at Zhuliany airport (VIDEO)

On 11 January artistes of G. Mayboroda National Merited Chapel of bandore players of Ukraine organized a Christmas flash-mob “Now we have Christmas!” with carol-singing at the International airport “Kiev” (Zhuliany). It is reported by the airport site.

Christmas carols from all parts of Ukraine, old and modern, were performed by the artistes in the hall of Terminal A. The chapel introduced the art of carol-singing both to Ukrainians and foreign guests of the capital.

"Our act is convinced that carol singing in public places is a history-long way of cultural consolidation of the society and just a wonderful entertainment, which at present remains up-to-date and demonstrates, on top of it, that the Ukrainian folklore culture is alive, vivid and contemporary,” write the organizers.

Christmas flash-mob at the airport is a continuation of the action of this bandore chapel, the first part of which took place on 9 January in the hall of Kiev Central Railway Station.
