Lecturers of UOC conference to talk about teaching Biblical history and Christian ethics

On February 3 teachers from all over Ukraine will gather at the All-Ukrainian scientific-practical conference "Biblical history and Christian ethics in the educational space of Ukraine" to be held on the territory of the Holy Protection Monastery of Goloseevo in Kiev, reports Foma (Thomas) in Ukraine.

The conference is organized by the Synodal Department of Religious Education, Catechesis and Missionary of the UOC.

The attendees will participate in the plenary session and three sections:

– "Teaching the course" Biblical history and Christian ethics "and other spiritual and moral courses in secondary schools of Ukraine: Experience and Prospects";
– "The issue of training and retraining teachers of the subjects of spiritual and moral content";
– "Development of the system of pre-school and non-school spiritual and moral education (spiritual and educational centres; workshops; art, sports and musical associations; Sunday schools, etc.)".
