UOC Primate and Ambassador of Macedonia consider possibilities for peace restoration in Donbass

On 21 February His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kiev and all Ukraine received in his residence at the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador of the Republic of Macedonia in Ukaine His Excellency Sir Stole Zmejkosky. It is reported by the UOC Information and Education Department.

The Primate and the Ambassador discussed a contemporary level of governmental, spiritual and cultural relations between Macedonia and Ukriane and a world-wide social stance.

Mr Zmejkosky told His Beatitude about his country's Embassy activities in Ukraine and about the vector of Ukrainian-Macedonian inter-state relationships. During the conversation the issue of peace restoration in the east of Ukraine and peace-keeping initiatives of Macedonia in this process.

His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry wished Sir Ambassador God's grace in his work, as well as further development of good neighbourly relations between Ukraine and Macedonia.
