"Solid Lord for lords": social networks respond to Easter selfies in church

A new "trend" – to take selfies right during the service – is under discussion in social networks. Facebook user Alex Krepchinskiy published a selection of photos on his webpage.

The blogger himself commented on the pictures selection in the following way: "Could He have suffered the torment in vain?"

Many users were outraged by the behavior of selfie-lovers. "You may come to the funeral with an accordion. Who cares? Just there are inappropriate things, and not all seem to understand this", "The question is open ... who loves oneself in religion (church) more, and who – faith in oneself? " wrote users in the comments.

One of the authors placed a paraphrase by the writer Pelevin under the post: "Solid Lord for lords."

"When they do it is their sin. When you judge them – this is your sin," one of the commentators said.

Someone, though, does not agree with this: "Do not judge .. people photograph a solemn service, yes, this is certainly not very good, you should concentrate on prayer rather than pictures, but it's a natural desire to capture a bright moment and share these emotions with friends," says one of the comments.

There were, however, those who justified the actions of those taking snapshots: in their opinion, photographing the service or self during the service is a private matter.
