Traveller and priest Koniukhov: “Peacemaker” lists will be no longer interesting even to Ukrainians

Famous Orthodox priest and traveller Fedor Koniukhov who is now listed in the database of “Peacemaker” site for his visiting the Crimea, told RIA News that in his opinion, “enemy lists” after a while will be no longer interesting to anybody, including Ukrainians, writes RIA News.

Putting the traveller’s name on the black list of “Peacemaker” was caused by his “illegal crossing of the border”. In March Koniukhov visited Simferopol where his nephews live.

“I love Ukraine and Ukrainians. After a while all these lists of enemies will be no longer relevant, first of all to Ukrainians,” told Koniukhov to the agency.

Fedor Koniukhov is a world famous Orthodox traveller. He gained world-wide popularity after he had crossed the Atlantic Ocean alone on his rowboat and made a round-the-world journey on the air-balloon. His “track record” includes climbing to the peaks of all parts of the world and a round-the-world non-stop yachting cruise.
