A special investigative group worked at the scene. Lesya Ukrainka’s tomb is a monument of history of national importance. It is located at the Baykovoye cemetery in Kiev.
In 1939, a tombstone bronze monument was erected on the granite pedestal by the sculptor Galina Petrashevich.
Lesya Ukrainka died on July 19 (August 1), 1913 in Georgia, she was buried at the Baykovoye cemetery in Kiev; a tombstone was erected in 1939.
