Prayerful standing at Verkhovna Rada: aerial video

On May 18 nearly ten thousand faithful of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church from various regions of Ukraine have gathered for prayerful standing. The UOJ is watching the event with a copter.

The believers are praying to God for Him to bring MPs to senses so that they would not adopt antichurch bills put on the session’s agenda.

As the UOJ reported earlier, World Council of Churches addresses President and Speaker with a request to withdraw anti-church bills.
