Young pilgrims from Donbass visit Greece thanks to the Greek and Ukrainian Churches

With the assistance of the Department of External Church Relations of the UOC, children from the zone of military conflict went on vacation to Kitrus Metropolis of the Hellenic Orthodox Church. This is reported by the Information and Education Department of the UOC.

On July 8, a group of children from the conflict zone in the East of Ukraine arrived in Greece. The pilgrimage trip, organized by the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in cooperation with Kitrus Metropolis of the Greek Orthodox Church, will last for ten days.

The group is headed by the clergyman of the UOC Izyum Eparchy, Archpriest Alexander Panasenko.
