Poroshenko finds Independence Day more important than Christmas and Resurrection
"The Independence Day of Ukraine, which is celebrated every year on August 24, now has a special significance for the Ukrainians. The Independence Day, from year to year, is becoming a greater holiday, even more important than New Year, Christmas and Resurrection. Because it marks our re-birth, the resurrection of our desires and the novelty of our state," said President Poroshenko.
