Director of Lutsk publishing house accuses UOC-KP of illegal money turnover

Viktor Fedosiuk, the director of the "Initial" publishing house "evicted" by Filaret followers, named the Volyn eparchy of the Kyiv Patriarchate occupants and accused its head Mikhail (Zinkevich) of illegal cash turnover.

According to Fedosiuk, "Metropolitan" Michael collects cash from renters of commercial premises on the territory of the monument of architecture occupied by the Kyiv Patriarchate – the Bernardine Monastery.

"Michael is a Pharisee and a liar," wrote the director of the publishing house on Facebook. "He misleads people by saying that INITIAL did not pay rent. And who paid? Everybody brought cash! Which of the so-called lessees can provide documents that they paid the rent? And if they paid and have documents – then you need to give 70% to the state, according to the law. Because the building of the Bernardine Monastery is a memorial of architecture of national importance, the owner is the State, i.e. we, the People, and is given for use by the eparchy, for use, and not into ownership, and thus cannot be rented."

The production equipment and the library of the "Initial" were temporarily placed in a private garage, Viktor Fedosiuk told the UOJ.

On the night of September 18, 2017, after a long public showdown between the publishing house and the UOC-KP eparchy, the seminarians and subordinates of the "Metropolitan" Mikhail (Zinkevich) simply threw out the production equipment and the library of the "Initial" into the courtyard and sealed the front door.
