US Ambassador thanks head of Greek Church for recognizing OCU

The US Ambassador to Greece Geoffrey Payette, on behalf of the US Ambassador for International Religious Freedom Sam Brownback, thanked the Primate of the Church of Greece, Archbishop Ieronymos, for recognizing the OCU. He wrote about this on his Twitter.

Earlier, the UOJ wrote that the American Ambassador informed the head of the Greek Orthodox Church, Archbishop Ieronymos, that the topic of OCU was hotly debated in the USA.
