On February 28, 2020, during the visit to the Cetinje Monastery in Montenegro, Metropolitan Amphilochios of Montenegro and the Littoral awarded His Beatitude Onuphry with the Order of St. Petar II Njegoš for his ministry in protecting the Orthodox faith.

Metropolitan Amphilochios also presented panagias to the Hierarchs of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church: Metropolitan Paul, Metropolitan Anthony, Metropolitan Clement and Bishop Victor.
