OP head discusses aid to Ukraine with Vatican Secretary of State

On 12 December 2022, the head of the Presidential Office, Andriy Yermak, held talks with the Vatican Secretary of State, Cardinal Pietro Parolin, which he described as "fruitful”, reports Yermak on his Telegram channel.
"Appreciate the prayers of Pope Francis for the Ukrainian people. Talked about ways to aid Ukraine, President Zelenskyy's initiative, the Formula for Peace. We count on its effective support from the Vatican," the official wrote.
As reported, the Pope said that he is ready to help Kyiv and Moscow stop the war.
