Head of Vinnytsia RSA thanks UOC for help in combating COVID-19

On 14 April 2020, Vladislav Skalsky, head of the Vinnytsia Regional State Administration, met with Metropolitan Varsonofy (Stoliar) of Vinnytsia and Bar to thank him for the help in the fight against COVID-19, reports the website of the Vinnytsia Eparchy.
During the meeting, they also discussed topical issues, including the peculiarities of organizing Easter celebrations in the region under quarantine.
The Vinnytsia region governor also gave the words of gratitude to the hierarchs of the UOC and the Vadim Novinsky Charity Foundation "Pokrov", which handed over 3,000 PCR-tests to medical workers in the Vinnytsia region to detect coronavirus.
The meeting ended with an exchange of gifts for the feast of Resurrection of Christ.
On April 7, 2020, the UOC and the Vadim Novinsky Charity Foundation handed over COVID-19 tests to medical workers of Vinnytsia.
