On April 18, 2020, in the Church of the Resurrection of Christ over the Holy Sepulcher in Jerusalem, the descent of the Holy Fire took place.
The Holy Fire descent was broadcast by the “Inter” TV channel, thanks to which the Ukrainians were able to watch this unique miraculous event live.
As reported earlier, the delegation of the UOC plans to bring the Holy Fire to Kyiv approximately at 19:00-20:00 on April 18. The UOC Chancellor, Metropolitan Anthony (Pakanich), said that everyone will be able to receive the Holy Fire, "we will not alienate anyone, we will not offend anyone".
