The decision to demolish the Tithe Church will be used to create internal divisions and discontent in Ukrainian society, Ukrainian political analyst Ruslan Bortnik said to the UOJ.

According to him, from the legal point of view, the court had the right to make a decision to dismantle the building, but such issues should not be considered in wartime.

"From the legal point of view, this decision can be implemented and executed. But if you look at the situation in society, it seems to me that the religious issue is clearly not of paramount importance for our country right now," Bortnik said. “Unfortunately, such decisions will only be used by the Russian propaganda and cause an internal split and discontent in the Ukrainian society".

As reported, the court ruled to demolish the Tithe Church.
