On March 26, 2023, thousands of worshippers attended a festive liturgy in the square near the Holy Cross Church at the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, reports the UOC press service.

The festive liturgy was led by His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry.

In his sermon, His Beatitude asked everyone to pray for the brethren of the Lavra who are being expelled from the monastery, noting that the world does not live by talk but by prayer.

As earlier reported, the UOC Primate led an all-night vigil at the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
