UOC Primate comes to prayerful standing for Lavra

Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry arrived at the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, which has been standing in prayer for the sanctuary since March 29, 2023, reports a UOJ correspondent.

"I have come to support the brethren and to thank the faithful for coming to defend the monastery. I have come to pray in the place where our Caves saints lived ascetically, being a treasure not only of Ukraine but also of the whole Orthodox world," said His Beatitude.

The UOJ Telegram channel is broadcasting live the developments in the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
