UOC Primate to Channel 5: You are enemies of the Ukrainian state

The Primate of the UOC, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry said that Channel 5 does not work in the interests of the Ukrainian state, but on the contrary, is an enemy of Ukraine. He said this during an interaction with a journalist, reports a UOJ correspondent.

"I have this question for you: why are you not working for the state? You are enemies of the Ukrainian state," His Beatitude said.

The standing of the UOC worshippers at the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra has been going on for more than 3 weeks – since 29 March 2023. The parishioners of the Church defend the monastery despite provocations by activists and supporters of the OCU.

As reported, His Beatitude Onuphry came to the prayer standing at the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra.
