Authorities let OCU into Refectory Church for 'Bishops’ Council'

On 24 May 2023, the “Bishops’ Council” of the OCU led by Epifaniy Dumenko took place at the Refectory Church of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra, reported "Metropolitan" Serhiy Horobtsov, a participant of the "council", on Facebook.

The entrance to the Upper Lavra during the OCU "council" was guarded by police officers.

The OCU press service said that the "Bishops' Council" plans to approve a number of decisions related to the transfer to the new calendar.
