The telegram channel “About the Church and the People” noticed that Serhiy Dumenko puts on for “worship services” a set of hierarchal vestments and mitres almost identical to the vestments of Patriarch Kirill of the Russian Orthodox Church. The omophorions are completely identical, while the miter and sakkos differ in minor details and are clearly made in the same workshop.

“The clothes of these two people are made in the same workshop. They look alike. Even the miters are identical. Moreover, it is clear that it was not Patriarch Kirill who had them tailored in Kyiv, but quite the opposite – the chief of the OCU ordered them in Moscow. Basically, Dumenko cosplays Patriarch Kirill. Well, how about 'getting the Moscow priest out?’” the authors of the channel wrote.

The UOJ found better pictures of Patriarch Kirill and Serhiy Dumenko, which confirm the correct observation of "About the Church and the People" Tg-channel.

Earlier, the UOJ wrote that during the service with the head of the Phanar, the “priests” of the OCU were forbidden to wear mitres.
