On June 10, the "National Day of Prayer for Ukraine" took place in Bucha, with representatives from the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, the Roman Catholic Church, the Ukrainian Greek Catholic Church, as well as various Protestant denominations participating. The event was broadcast on David Hathaway's YouTube channel.

During the event, the Senior Bishop of the Ukrainian Christian Churches "New Generation", Andriy Tischenko, asked God for victory, the reclaiming of territories and modern weaponry for Ukraine.

"May our troops reclaim Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, the Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk," Tischenko said. "May this court, written in the name of Christ, be executed upon our enemy, our foe."

In return, Tischenko promised to bring glory, praise, and gratitude to God, stating, "We will thank You for being the God who has joined us in this war."

"And, Lord, grant us F-16s and long-range missiles, in the name of Jesus Christ," Tischenko added.

Earlier, the OCU "called on the grace of God" for grenades against the Russian army.
