Kryvyi Rih Metropolitan commemorates those killed in missile attack

On June 14, 2023, the day of mourning for those killed in a terrorist attack in Kryvyi Rih, Metropolitan Efrem of Kryvyi Rih and Mykolaiv held a memorial service at St. George's Bell Tower, reports the press service of the Kryvyi Rih Eparchy (UOC).

The spokesperson for the eparchy, Archpriest Viktor Symoniuk, and clergymen of the Central City Deanery concelebrated with the bishop. Funeral masses were sung by the clergy choir of Kryvyi Rih Eparchy under the direction of Archpriest Ihor Suturin.

The service was attended by the Acting Mayor of Kryvyi Rih, City Council Secretary Yuri Vilkul and other city officials.

At the end of the memorial service, the clergymen sang eternal memory of the innocently murdered citizens of Kryvyi Rih after the missile attack by Russian troops, and Metropolitan Efrem addressed the audience with words of sympathy and consolation.

As reported, with Bishop Efrem's blessing, all churches and monasteries of the UOC Eparchy of Kryvyi Rih commemorate those killed in the missile attack on Kryvyi Rih on 14 June.
