With the blessing of Archbishop Pimen of Rivne and Ostroh, parishioners of the St. Sergius parish of Korets collected and delivered humanitarian aid to the residents of Mykolayiv and Kherson regions affected by the Kakhovka HPP dam break, reports the press service of the Rivne Eparchy of the UOC.
UOC believers handed over food, clothing and drinking water.
The rector of the church, priest Yaroslav Kholodnitsky notes that the aid collection was carried out jointly with the public association "Let's Do It Ukraine".
As reported, priests of the Kyiv Eparchy delivered 14 tonnes of humanitarian cargo to Kherson.
