Ioan Yaremenko, "Metropolitan" of the Cherkasy OCU, said that the most problematic issue in the transition of the community from the UOC to the structure of Dumenko is property. This is reported by the Dzvin publication.

He stated that the OCU wants the community to be able to use its property when transferring from the canonical Church.

“These problems should be dealt with by the Ministry of Justice, the prosecutor's office, but the simplest solution is for the parliament to make an appropriate decision to ban the activities of all religious organizations affiliated with the center in Moscow, the metropolis, monasteries, parishes. Then everything will be settled much easier. So now we expect property wars,” Yaremenko said.

As the UOJ reported, earlier Dumenko asked the head of the National Police for protection during the seizure of churches.
