More than 3,000 people are walking in the cross procession of the UOC, which left Kamyanets-Podilskyi on Transfiguration Day and is heading to the Pochaiv Lavra, reports "Myriany".
Pilgrims, who, despite the prohibitions of the authorities, went out in a procession, have covered almost 50 kilometres. They reached the village of Chemerivtsi. In 2022, they were not allowed through this settlement. It is assumed that this year the same scenario will happen – the processionists will have to make a long detour to bypass the village.
As earlier reported, TCC employees handed out summonses to pilgrims near the cathedral of the UOC in Kamyanets-Podilskyi.
