The press service’s statement claims that the aggressor was together with OCU representatives, assisting them in raiding the Trinity Church of the UOC.

Before the beating, the OCU priest distracted the victim and tried to pull her away from other believers.

The Nizhyn Eparchy said that the victim received "a contusion of the chest, fractured ribs on the left side, a bruise of the left forearm". The woman filed a report with law enforcement agencies, but officers at the local police station have not yet entered the report into the crime register.

As reported, unidentified people in camouflage, together with OCU clerics, seized the Trinity Church of the UOC in Nosivka at night.
