Cherkasy "priest" of the OCU Nazar Zasansky, who declared himself "victimized" by the statements of Metropolitan Theodosiy of Cherkasy, could not answer on the court in which language the Tomos of the OCU is written. The video of the court session was published on the YouTube channel of the Cherkasy Diocese of the UOC.

In his statement, Zasansky claimed that he "accidentally" watched on the YouTube channel of the Cherkasy Diocese of the UOC sermons of Metropolitan Theodosiy, and he suffered morally from three of them. In court, Zasansky said that the UOC "does not exist." He supported his statement by quoting the outdated Charter of the UOC, published on one of the websites of the aggressor country. According to him, the only legitimate confession in Ukraine is the OCU, which has a Tomos of autocephaly.

The judge asked the "priest" if he had read this document. Zasansky replied that he does not remember its content exactly, but it "hangs" in his temple "in the original language." When the judge asked which language the original Tomos is written in, Zasansky said he "does not remember."

The priest's answer caused a smile from the judge and laughter in the courtroom.

Earlier, the UOJ reported that Nazariy Zasansky said that in the monastery where his father served, "there are FSB personnel, special agents who are here to undermine our country from the inside.
