On March 25, 2021, the UOC Chancellor, Metropolitan Anthony (Pakanich) of Boryspil and Brovary, handed over the necessary church utensils to the rectors of the parishes of the Volodymyr-Volynsky Eparchy that suffered from church raids, as reported on the Metropolitan's Facebook page.

The meeting of the UOC Chancellor with the clergy of the eparchy took place at the Holy Dormition Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. It was attended by the ruling bishop of the eparchy, Metropolitan Volodymyr (Melnik) of Volodymyr-Volynsky and Kovel.

The bishop spoke about the life of the parishes, which were left without their churches and are now forced to perform divine services in adapted premises.

On behalf of the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kyiv and All Ukraine, Metropolitan Anthony thanked Vladyka Volodymyr and the clergy for their faithfulness to the Church and presented them with the necessary liturgical utensils.

Earlier the UOC Chancellor donated church utensils to the persecuted communities in the Rivne region.
