Metropolitan of Cherkasy suffers a heart attack during SBU searches

Early in the morning on February 22, 2024, the Security Service of Ukraine (SBU) conducted another raid at the home of Metropolitan Theodosiy of Cherkasy, according to the Telegram channel of the Cherkasy Diocese.
Law enforcement officers disrupted the Divine Liturgy that was taking place in the UOC bishop's home church.
The press service writes that the hierarch suffered a heart attack. Emergency medical teams are currently providing urgent assistance and deciding on the hospitalization of Metropolitan Feodosiy.
The diocese requests prayers for its hierarch.
Earlier, the UOJ reported that at the end of 2023, the court lifted round-the-clock house arrest for Metropolitan Theodosiy of Cherkasy.
