German and Ukrainian foreign ministers put candles in Odesa's Cathedral

On 24 February 2024, the second anniversary of the Russian invasion, German Foreign Minister Annalena Baerbock came to Odesa, reports Strana.
Together with the Ukrainian Foreign Minister Kuleba, she visited strategically important facilities in the Odesa port and the Transfiguration Cathedral of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, which was badly damaged by a missile strike in the summer of 2023.
Baerbock and Kuleba were accompanied on their visit to the Transfiguration Cathedral by the head of the Odesa RMA, Oleh Kiper. He told the German Foreign Minister about the restoration of the shrine.
