On March 6, 2024, the Appeals Court of Kyiv postponed the consideration of the case regarding the right of the UOC monks to use the Assumption Cathedral and the Refectory Church of the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra. This was reported by the Lavra's lawyer, Archpriest Nikita Chekman, to the UOJ.

According to him, the reason for the postponement of the court session is procedural-technical.

The next court hearing on this case will take place on March 19, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in the Northern Appeals Court of Kyiv.

As the UOJ reported, the court expanded the monks' participation in the case regarding the use of the Upper Lavra's temples.
