On April 17, 2024, a group of several dozen people, supporters of the OCU, using a fire extinguisher, disrupted the service of the UOC community in the church building near the church of the Kazan Icon of the Mother of God in Ladyzhyn.

MP Artem Dmytruk said that "about 50 people representing the interests of the OCU" invaded the church territory, smashing windows and doors in the building used for prayer by the UOC believers.

Later, they began to spray an unknown gas through the window of the building they had seized, and also used fire extinguishers, thereby attempting to disrupt the service of the UOC believers, whom they deprived of the opportunity to pray in the church.

The police present at the scene continue to ignore the terror against Orthodox Christians.

Earlier, the UOJ reported that raiders seized the UOC church house in Ladyzhyn.
