Amsterdam: We are going to file a lengthy document on UOC with USCIRF

The head of the law firm Amsterdam & Partners LLP, in an interview with telejournalist Tucker Carlson, talked about the work on a document that will be submitted to the U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom (USCIRF).

"This is going to be available publicly to everyone. It's a lengthy document that urges the United States government to find Ukraine as a country of particular concern because of their attacks on religious freedom," he said.

Amsterdam noted that the work has been ongoing for several weeks.

The human rights defender pointed out that the persecution of believers in Ukraine has been condemned by the Holy Synod of the Anglican Church, as well as the UN.

"So why it takes the Church of England to stand up? But American churches and evangelists have not? That, again, is a question that defies logic," the lawyer stated.

As the UOJ reported, the Church of England calls on Zelensky not to adopt Bill 8371.
