Documents on the demolition of Tithe Church begin to appear retroactively

On the night of May 16-17, they demolished the Orthodox sanctuary – the Tithe Church in Kyiv, but all documents related to this barbarism began to appear only on May 20 after lunch and contain outright falsehoods, reports the Dozor_kozak1 Telegram channel.

"It would seem, why not enter these documents on the corresponding dates? According to competent opinion, this was not done because there was no documentation in existence at that time. Everything was done secretly and blatantly illegally. The parish and brethren of the monastery were not informed about any action since May 12. Only now do representatives of the authorities begin to simulate some legality," the message says.

In the published acts, the senior state executor of the Shevchenkivskyi department of the State Enforcement Service in Kyiv, Victoria Molotilova, stated that the destruction of the sanctuary was carried out from 18:00 to 23:50. However, in reality, work on the demolition began around 22:00 and continued almost all night.

According to journalists, Molotilova required falsification of the time frame because the law on enforcement proceedings prohibits any actions at night.

As reported, another evidence that documents on the destruction of the Tithe Church of the UOC were prepared only now is an excerpt from the enforcement proceedings. As of May 21, 2024, 11:14, no documents have been entered there.

"Allegedly, there was no barbaric demolition of the shrine. The last thing is the decision on involving law enforcement officers on May 7 (the first announcement of the destruction of the shrine). The state executor and all those involved in this criminal conspiracy continue to cover up their black sacrilege," commented the Dozor_kozal1.

As the UOJ wrote, the Legal Department of the UOC demanded an investigation into the circumstances of the demolition of the Tithe Church.

"We appeal to the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, the State Bureau of Investigations, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine to investigate the circumstances related to the enforcement proceedings for the demolition of the Vladimir-Olga Church of the Tithe Monastery of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church. In addition, we request to consider this statement as an official application for the registration of a criminal case and as a basis for conducting an audit of the activities of Victoria Molotilova, senior state executor of the Shevchenkivskyi department of the State Executive Service in Kyiv," the statement reads.
