In a resolution published online describing the property of the demolished Tithe (Desiatynny) Monastery church of the UOC, officials have imposed an arrest on the liturgical items. According to the Dozor_koxak1 Telegram channel, on May 25, 2024, the officials seized the liturgical items.

"The list added to the resolution enumerates the items seized by the state executor during the illegal destruction of the shrine. On the top of the terrible and cynical sacrilege – unlawful demolition of the sanctuary, the officials confiscated liturgical items from UOC parishioners and brethren," the message says.

The list includes priestly vestments, censer, seven-branch candlestick, crosses, icons, etc.

"The items on the list are not detailed, which is per se a violation of the regulatory procedure and description of things. Currently, it is unknown where the arrested property of the monastery is located," they wrote in the Telegram channel.

As the UOJ reported, documents regarding the demolition of the Tithe Monastery church began to appear retroactively.
