UOC Metropolitan participates in enthronement of newly elected BOC Patriarch

Metropolitan Augustine of Bila Tserkva and Bohuslav, Chairman of the Synodal Department of the UOC for Interaction with the Armed Forces and other military formations of Ukraine, took part in the enthronement of the newly elected Bulgarian Patriarch Daniel on June 30, 2024. This was reported by the kozakTv1 Telegram channel.

Metropolitan Augustine, among other delegates from different Local Churches, attended all the events held at the Cathedral of St. Alexander Nevsky in Sofia.

As reported by the UOJ, His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kyiv and All Ukraine sent congratulations to His Holiness Patriarch Daniel on his election to the Patriarchal Throne of the Bulgarian Patriarchs.
