Metropolitan Theodosiy of Cherkasy undergoes heart surgery

July 19, 2024, at the "Heart Institute" in Kyiv, Metropolitan Theodosiy of Cherkasy and Kaniv underwent a complex coronary diagnostic procedure. This was reported on the Telegram channel 'Cherkasy Pilgrim'.

"We pray for the specialists at the 'Heart Institute' and for our dear Vladyka," urged the Orthodox public.

Later, the Telegram channel reported that the medical intervention was successful.

"Vladyka Theodosiy is already in the ward, we thank everyone for their prayers," the message said.

As previously reported by UOJ, due to Metropolitan Theodosiy' hospitalization, his court case has been postponed.
