MP Artem Dmytruk commented on President Volodymyr Zelensky's latest statement regarding "legislative initiatives that strengthen spiritual independence" on his Telegram channel.
According to Dmytruk, who previously expressed his opinion, Zelensky's words refer to the bill banning the UOC.
"The world will never be the same. Very soon, the government will make a fatal mistake, for which not only we but also our children and grandchildren will have to pay!" the MP wrote in response to the President's call for the Verkhovna Rada to "urgently convene in the near future" to adopt, among other things, the law on "spiritual independence".
As reported by the UOJ, Dmytruk responded to Zelensky's previous statement on this topic by saying: "Lord, save Ukraine! Those who don't know our UOC have labelled it the Moscow Church. Now all of us, millions of Ukrainian citizens, are about to be made ENEMIES AND TRAITORS with the push of a button!"
