On August 17, 2024, a solemn liturgy was held at the Kyiv-Pechersk Lavra to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the enthronement of His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry of Kyiv and All Ukraine, the Primate of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church, as reported by the UOC's Information and Educational Department.

The Divine Liturgy in the church named after St. Agapitus of the Caves was led by the Primate. His Beatitude was joined in the service by permanent members of the Holy Synod: Metropolitan Sergius of Ternopil and Kremenets, head of the UOC Church Court Metropolitan Theodore of Kamianets-Podilskyi and Horodok, head of the UOC Department of External Church Relations Metropolitan Meletius of Chernivtsi and Bukovina, UOC Chancellor Metropolitan Anthony of Boryspil and Brovary, head of the UOC Information and Educational Department Metropolitan Clement of Nizhyn and Pryluky, as well as other metropolitans, archbishops, bishops, and numerous clergy. The liturgical chants were performed by a mixed metropolitan choir and a male choir from the Kyiv Theological Schools.

During the Lesser Entrance, the Primate awarded UOC hierarchs for their services to the Ukrainian Orthodox Church.

During the liturgy, special prayers were offered for peace in Ukraine, deliverance from the enemy, refugees, and people of goodwill who help those in need. The Primate asked God for mercy for the Ukrainian people, to grant wisdom to the authorities, courage to the soldiers, freedom for the captives, healing for the sick, and shelter for the homeless.

At the end of the service, a "Many Years" was proclaimed for His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry. The UOC Chancellor read a congratulatory address to the Primate from the Holy Synod.

His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphry thanked everyone present for their shared prayer and support during his 10 years of Primatial service. He called on believers to thank God both for sorrow and joy, to refrain from judging others, to focus on self-improvement, to follow the narrow path, and not to shy away from difficulties, as it is through patience that one has the opportunity to grow spiritually.

Afterwards, all the faithful personally congratulated their archpastor on the day of his enthronement.

As reported by the UOJ, the Serbian Patriarch congratulated the Primate of the UOC on the 10th anniversary of his enthronement.
