Many-thousand procession from Kamianets-Podilskyi reaches Pochaiv Lavra

On August 25, 2021, the traditional annual religious procession of the UOC from Kamianets-Podilskyi, Khmelnytskyi region, arrived at the Holy Dormition Pochaiv Lavra, reports «Пастырь и Паства» (“Shepherd and Flock”) Telegram channel.
The video posted on the channel shows thousands of cross-walkers who, singing and chanting Easter greetings "Christ is Risen", are entering the main gate of the monastery.
The prayer procession began in the suburb of Kamianets-Podilskyi – from the Church of the Nativity of the Most Holy Theotokos in the village of Dolzhok. For seven days, believers of the UOC have covered almost 250 kilometres, walking an average of 35 kilometres a day.
