Court rejects an appeal of UOC priest's lawyers on suspicion against him

On October 15, a court hearing was held at the Solomiansky District Court of Kyiv to appeal the notification of suspicion against Archpriest Serhiy Chertylin. As Archpriest Nikita Chekman, a lawyer for the UOC, wrote on his Telegram channel, the court rejected the defense's appeal.
"The complaint against the notice of suspicion by investigator Judge I. Teslenko was denied!" reported Father Nikita.
As the UOJ previously reported, Archpriest Serhiy Chertylin was released on bail.
