Medical service: 26 people were injured during the Cherkasy cathedral raid

During the forceful seizure of the Archangel Michael Cathedral of the UOC in Cherkasy and the confrontation between armed individuals and the clergy and believers of the UOC on October 17, dozens of people were injured. This was reported in a comment to the local publication "18000" by Igor Fesun, the head of Cherkasy Emergency Medical Services.
He stated that 14 of the injured were treated on an outpatient basis, while 12 were hospitalized.
The main injuries included burns to mucous membranes from pepper spray, as well as several fractures.
UOJ subscribers sent in videos and photos of the terrifying moments of the attack on the believers by the raiders.
As previously reported by the UOJ, raiders in Cherkasy opened fire on UOC believers.
