Primate of Georgian Church congratulates His Beatitude on his 80th birthday

Catholicos-Patriarch of All Georgia, Ilia II, extended his congratulations to His Beatitude Metropolitan Onuphy of Kyiv and All Ukraine on his 80th birthday, reports the Ukrainian Orthodox Church’s Information and Education Department.
In his message, Ilia II highlighted Metropolitan Onuphry’s many years of ministry, underscoring his contribution to upholding Christian values: “Your decades of devoted service have earned you authority and respect in the Church of Christ. Your efforts to defend universal Christian values – love for one’s neighbor, goodness, and truth – are deeply respected, especially amid the trials faced by Ukraine.”
The Primate of the Georgian Orthodox Church wished Metropolitan Onuphry peace, health, patience, and further divine assistance in his primatial ministry.
As reported by the UOJ, the Serbian Patriarch also sent congratulations to Metropolitan Onuphry on his 80th birthday.
