Second Regional Congress of Ukrainian Orthodox Youth held in Italy

From October 31 to November 2, a meeting of Ukrainian Orthodox youth took place in Liguria, Italy, reports the UOC Information Center, citing the Department for External Church Relations.

During the event, participants attended lectures on relevant topics, visited historic sites in the region, took part in interactive games, and engaged in discussions.

Topics included the importance of regular church attendance and the significant role of the younger generation in the life of the Church. Lectures were held on subjects such as "How the Bible Began" and "How Can Young People Stay Modern While Living Spiritually?"

The event concluded with a thanksgiving prayer service, and participants visited the historic part of Pisa.

As previously reported by the UOJ, more than 70 UOC communities operate outside of Ukraine.
