A criminal case has been initiated against experts of the Kyiv Scientific Research Institute of Forensic Expertise (KNISE), E. Lytvynenko and S. Dolynkivska, MP Oleksandr Dubinsky announced on his Telegram channel.
“We have already opened a criminal case against these so-called experts. But we must also not forget about Ruvin (KNISE director – Editor) – the neighbor of the head of the SBI's Main Investigative Department, Udovychenko, in Regent Hill, where apartments start at $1 million,” Dubinsky wrote. He noted that the work of Lytvynenko and Dolynkivska formed the basis for accusations of treason in the UPC case.
“These same experts jailed a priest in a pre-trial detention center because they allegedly ‘mistook’ the phrase ‘aggressive crowd’ ('ahresyvnyi NATOVP' in Ukrainian) for ‘aggressive NATO’ in their report. Or maybe they didn’t mistake it but did it intentionally. In short, a philologist and a linguist in Ukraine are now determining threats to national security and defense,” the MP wrote. He did not specify under which article the criminal case was opened.
It should be noted that in 2022, expert E. Lytvynenko had her license revoked for falsifying an expert report.
Earlier, in the article "UOJ Case: Uneducated Experts – a Boon for the SBU," the main blunders by KNISE experts Lytvynenko and Dolynkivska in the UPC case were thoroughly analyzed.
