For intentional killing – nothing, for negligent homicide – prison

He "noticed signs of fetal distress but did not change the delivery strategy to save the baby's life."

It’s noteworthy that in the same clinic (and likely in others as well), gynecologists regularly perform abortions, often as a routine procedure. In Ukraine, abortion is legal up to the 12th week of pregnancy, and later if there are medical indications. By this stage, the fetus already looks human – it has a face, ears, fingers on its hands and feet, and can hear, grimace, and even yawn.

And yet, with the mother's consent, the gynecologist kills such a child. The remains are discarded. And there is no accountability for this crime. But if the same mother decides, with the help of the same gynecologist, to give birth, and the child dies, the doctor goes to prison.

It turns out that committing an intentional killing leaves you "clean", but for negligent homicide, you go to prison. Such is the strange logic of our society.

Congratulations are posted for Bandera’s birthday on the pages of three popular OCU “priest-bloggers.” However, there are no publications at all dedicated to Basil the Great or to the Feast of the Circumcision.

Why the defense of UOC is “Achilles’ heel” of Ukrainian government lobbyists

In public, lobbyists for the Ukrainian authorities in the United States insist that there is no persecution of the Church in Ukraine. In reality, they know everything perfectly well and are aware of every single case.

Was the true number of voluntary transfers accidentally revealed in the OCU?

38 clerics out of 2000 "transfers" are about 2%. This is the exact percentage of actual voluntary transitions from the UOC to the OCU demonstrated to us by Serhiy Dumenko.

Opinion polls on the war and Zelensky: a case study in manufactured consent

KIIS polls on church-related issues have long served Dumenko and his circle as convenient “evidence” that the majority of Ukrainians supposedly belong to the OCU.

Seven years of the OCU – what fruits has it borne?

On the anniversary of the event, Dumenko produced a pompous text that appears to have been written in some parallel reality.

Metropolitan Arseniy and the Kremenchuk deputy: what is common?

The example in Kremenchuk is yet another evidence of the authorities' double standards. And we have the right to say that Bishop Arseniy is in the pre-trial detention center not because he committed a crime.
