In the Holy Intercession Monastery of the Ukrainian Orthodox Church in the village of Rakoshino, Transcarpathian region, dry lilies started blooming, which had been near the icon of the Mother of God "Nankovskaya" since spring. This was reported in a story published on November 9, 2021 on the "First Cable" YouTube channel.

In March of this year, the monks placed fresh twigs of snow-white lilies near the icon case after the robbers stole all the precious ornaments that the believers had left at the icon of the Mother of God in gratitude for the healing.

The appearance of fresh flowers on dry branches in the monastery was recorded a week ago.

As Archimandrite Mitrofan (Shimon), abbot of the Rakoshino monastery, noted, "the Mother of God glorified herself in the flowering of a dry twig, showed that God's grace can turn everything impossible into real and tangible."

The authors of the story said that the venerable Nankovskaya Icon in the Holy Intercession Monastery was painted around 1926 by Archimandrite Andrei (Kolomatsky), who founded this monastery church of the Intercession of the Virgin in the village of Rakoshino. In 1998, the icon was tear-streaming, which is clearly visible even now.

We will remind, in 2021 Rakoshino Monastery celebrated the 20th anniversary from the date of its foundation.
