A "priest" of the Orthodox Church of Ukraine, Yaroslav Yasynets, suggested that employees of the Territorial Recruitment Centers (TRC) pray to St. John the Warrior to assist them in finding draft evaders.
"St. John is the patron of warriors. By his blessing, he helps in the search for lost items. People often prayed to him to locate missing persons and to find runaway slaves and servants... I propose that all TRC staff pray and ask St. John the Warrior to help in the search and capture of draft dodgers," Yasynets stated.
As previously reported by the UOJ, OCU "priest" Yaroslav Yasynets, during a memorial service for "Cossacks who fought in the German army," claimed that the Third Reich was saving the world from evil.
